Shipping Policy
We prioritize the security of our customers who shop on our website, and we verify payment/invoice information from the moment payment is made for orders placed through www.kiboacoffee.com. For purchases made through www.kiboacoffee.com, orders of 500 TL or more are shipped free of charge.
Orders placed on www.kiboacoffee.com are delivered within 1-3 business days via our contracted shipping company(s), with shipping costs reflected on your invoice.
Return and Exchange Policy
- The product invoice, - The return form, - The product must be returned within 14 days, complete and undamaged, along with its original packaging.
(Returns are not accepted if any of the above items are missing.)
If the returned products meet the return conditions, the refund for the product amount will be processed on the day the product reaches us. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank. Refunds made to credit cards are reflected in the account within a maximum of 45 days, while refunds for payments made via bank transfer are reflected within a maximum of 1 week.
How do I return it?
Before sending the product back to us, you must notify us of your return request by filling out the Product Return Form.
Please send the package after you receive confirmation of the return shipment from our customer service department. You will be notified of this confirmation via phone or email.
If the products sent to our company meet the return conditions, the refund of the product amount will be processed on the day the product reaches us. For a product to be eligible for return within 7 days, it must be in its original box and packaging, complete and undamaged.
